Okay. So I've been lurking for a while so I figured I'd contribute a thing or two, so I've got these out of focus shots to share, aren't I a team player? I was invited to take part in this rally so i figured I'd take advantage of it and bring my DVX. The secret service LOVED me for it.

(Oh wait...actually, no, they didn't.)

P.S. If I have a squeezed photo, and export it, photoshop brings it in and it looks funny, so then I change the pixel aspect ratio and it looks...serious? Well, less funny, but when I export it again holy crap there it goes, funny. I've "gotten around" this by copying the image in the ratio'd file and pasting it into a non-ratio'd file but what an awful pain in the ass when I know there's a better way.

p.p.s. This isn't meant to instigate a serious political discussion, life is too short to spend to get all in a huff because someone was born into a different set of nature/nurture and as a result they have differing political views than you (undoubtedly the same ones you would have if you shared their particular nuture/nature)

p.p.p.s. I think I just did what I said I wasn't going to do. Ah well.

wierd, i actually just got back from a John Kerry rally, i wanted to bring my DVX to shot some footage but i figured it wouldnt have been worth it since you werent even suppost to bring bags.

I blured out the faces in photoshop. I guess it really didn't mater but they are secret service so better safe then sorry.

The other dude in the background is some campain advisor so I left him.

Once they become the front runner in the primaries they are provided with SS protection.

No politics guys please. And yes, that includes derogatory remarks about the candidates. No if's, and's or but's.

No politics is what I asked. The MODS and the founder (Jarred) have gotten together and decided in the best interest of the board to just keep them out. When I stated that it meant no derogatory remarks it should have ended there but did not; so RANGERS post was removed and now this topic is being locked.

It is simple really. If you want to talk politics, find another place to do it. Yes, there are inevitably films and docs that will be released that entail poltical matters and you can be sure we will watch them closely.

I see the humor in these jabs at Kerry but can only predict that someone will come along and not see the humor or feel the need to retaliate and that is where it will get out of hand.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in the requets of the MODS and forum. Consider this a pre-emptive strike.
