Katrina took my warranty

I bought DVX lately, new (zero hours), but seller forgot to send me warranty, and...Katrina happened, he is (was) from Mississippi, stopped responding my emails....gone
Is there any way to get warranty from panasonic?
any ideas?

If the dealer is (or was) an authorized Panasonic reseller, any evidence that you can provide that would verify the date of purchase should be acceptable if, on the off chance, you need to present an in warranty claim. I wouldn't really be too worried, just enjoy your new camera.
