K-Tek U.S.A. KSM KS-M microphone suspension, perfect for booming short microphones like my Oktava MK012 (see my other listings) for film & TV work.

Widely used in Film & TV for boom pole mounting of mics from 19mm to 25mm diameter, of any length. Ultra soft bands remove unwanted vibrations very efficiently.

The K-SM holds the microphone firmly in two specially formulated polymer mounts attached to precision-machined aluminum arms, spaced 2" (5cm) apart. The mounts stretch to accommodate most shotgun mics 19mm to 25mm in diameter. Weight : 2.85 oz (81g)

Oh, I forget to say, it comes with 2 sets of soft suspension mounts (4 in total)...should last for decades!
