I need some feedbacks on these two camera’s as far as compatibilities with Avid xpress HD 5.2.4. I heard some compatibility problem with <JVC> GY-HD100. Is there any known problem with the Panasonic HVX-200?I love to have the JVC, but I don’t need the frustrations, since Avid + Mojo are the only software and hardware I use for my editing. Today I have to go to EVS to pickup one of these two camera’s . I would thank you for your feedbacks.

What format are you wanting to shoot with the HVX?

Avid doesn't currently support every combination that the HVX can shoot, but it's infinitely more compatible with Xpress Pro than the JVC is because I think JVC's unique HDV implemintation is still unsupported.

720p/24 and 1080p/24, I know 720p/60 is going to be on the next version 5.5
