Super clean JVC HD10U. UV Filter and 4 spare batts (and charger) included. Shoots DV and SD as well as HDV in 720p30 format. Works great with Mac's and PC's via Firewire. LCD is mint and camera is flawless. Also shoots stills via SD card.
