As much as I'd like to do this with my JVC, I just cant imagine working with such a long setup. Does it ever bother you?

At the moment is the best way to use a DOF adapter (SGBlade) with 35mm lens without spending a fortune.
It is not very comfortable, but it works!
You see in these pics that I use it with a 28-80.....try to guess how is with a 300
I made a special aluminium plate (you see it on 2nd pic) that is ready for Cartoni tripod and made esier everything.

It's an optional that we'are considering....

Anyway....once is on a tripod is not a problem.....and honestly it's god also with the shoulder mount....heavy,solid,accurate....

I'm always happy to work with that JVC. Manual Fujinon lenses make very easy the use of the adapter.
