Someone's selling one for $1000. Should I get it or the hv40? Either way I go I'll get a 35 adapter maybe Jag or red rock.

I know when the Jvc came out it had some issues, and the other things is how long and how much wear and tear does the camera have?

No way buy a hv40 it has better picture,24p, more manual controls, and hdmi.
