Just traded in 5DmkII for a GH2 - good decision????

There's going to be certain things that one does better than another... like the low-light for the 5d and the full frame in terms of wide shots...

However there are a few HUGE problems with the 5D... The lack of real export of the HD signal, 12 minute record time limit and the overheating.

Give me a 5D or a 7D and I'll overheat that baby in no time. I had a 7D guy shooting with me not too long ago asured me that he never had an overheating problem.. Well one concert later, he missed half the songs cause it was overheating and had to turn the camera off...

If you want to talk about problems with the Canon those are 3 pretty big ones... I didn't even add that you can get a GH2 for 660 bucks without a lens... That's friggin hard to beat...

One final thing that I think is hard to beat is the size and funtionality.. Your arm will go to sleep shooting with a 5D and all of that arguments aboug it being heavier and easier to shoot with is absolute BS.. the GH2 is so lightweight and fun to shoot with and I can nail the handholding without issue.. For all its faults, it's spanking the canons in terms of video image....
 
I never heard that 5d overheat. Only 7d. Where'd you buy gh2 w/lens for $660? Epp body only $630 price!!!

Can you direct me to where I can pick up a GH2 for $660? Cheapest I've seen as of today is $735 from Panasonic Direct via facebook. Thanks!
