Greetings all. I've been watching this excellent forum for many weeks as I mulled over my camera purchase decision (was also considering JVC HM700 and Sony EX3). Finally "pulled the trigger" last week and took delivery of my HPX300 yesterday. I look forward to future discussions here and contributing my own screen shots, videos, etc.

If you ever need anything shot in the Denver, Colorado area - just let me know!

Just a few shots I've taken so far. The colorimetry of this camera is amazing! These are all grabs from a 1080p24 project I'm working on for a chef. It's rare food looks good on video without a whole lot of effort and food stylists. I had neither but am quite happy with the footage!

Denver, huh? So, if you want to come on down to colorado springs, and drop it off with me... forever... I won't complain :)

later,
Jason

@Lez - that's funny you were a Mountain Media as well. I looked at your "vintage" video - nice! What a blast from the past with some of those ski fashions. ;)

@Jason - nice try, but I don't think I'll be dropping off my HPX300 to you anytime soon...
