Hey everyone. I've posted here before when i was in the process of purchasing a camera and all of the replies were extrermely helpful. Now that I've got my HVX 200 camera it is time to start learning everything I can.

I have just been reading the manual this week and thought getting that HVX bootcamp DVD this week. I also took advantage of the P2 rebate, so will be receiving the book that comes along as well. What I was wondering was does anyone have some other suggestions/places to look/things to read/tests to perform etc. to learn this camera as quickly as possible? Basically I'm looking for info. on understanding the essentials: understanding the menus in and out, understanding timecode... and I don't know. Everything I can.

Of course I'll surf through here and the DVD and I've been to Adam Wilt's site. But, any other real "fountains" of info. I should know about? Your kind help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

use the SEARCH feature here as much as possible, every possbile question has been asked many times...

The CD, Barrys book and manual are a great start, just spend time shooting with the camera, learning what is important to you.

Spend time with the camera under the scenarios youll be using, then ask specific questions in the appropriate sections, here and. . .
