Just got my Steadicam Merlin and I'm having trouble balancing it...

I've been shooting with my DVX100B for awhile now and was really getting tired of shaky handheld footage so I took the plunge and ordered a Merlin.

I knew there would be more to it than putting it on the thing and going but I've been messing with it on and off for a couple days now and while I have it balanced enough to get decent looking stuff I know it isn't even close to perfect because if I take my hand off the guide ring the thing wobbles around and has a tendency to rotate on it's on.

I've got one mid and finish on the front and a start, four mids, and a finish weight on the bottom.

I have the Z axis two turns down and the mounting just a hair past +1.

I've never messed with one before and after searching google and such for sometime I haven't came up with any real answers. I've watched the DVD four or five times and read the manual on setting it up quite a few times as well. I'm sure it's something stupid I'm overlooking but I really can't figure it out.

Any ideas?

I have gotten closer but still not quite on the money.

The online cookbook has settings for the 100A and I have tried with those and with the user settings for the 100BP (which I have).

The 100A stuff seems closer but I'm still way off.
