Hi guys,

I just got my Gini Rail mount should rig in the mail. I'm gonna post some pics and a short video about it. Does anyone have any questions about it?

cool, how's the baseplate? Is it big enough for the af100, and is it height adjustable?

The Gini rig I got a year ago wasn't really good but I hope yours is better. The handles didn't tighten enough and the knobs came loose.

The nobs tighten fine for me. I just got it in, so I haven't put it through a shoot yet. Unfortunately, the baseplate isn't height adjustable. But it is big enough for the camera I think. But I'm finding that I don't need it higher, i need it lower! So i've lowered the shoulder pad. I need more counter weights as this rig is a bit front heavy.

I need to get some more camera and tripod mounting screws. I only have one screw holding it onto the tripod plate and onto the camera. Does anyone know where to easily order some of these? I also need to rig something for my Sennheiser Dual wireless bracket to the rails. And a carrying handle that mounts to the rails.

I got one a few weeks ago, similar to yours. Outstanding machining, excellent fit. The guy might be making them in his basement, but good for him. He does a great job, I'm very happy with mine.
