Just got a new GH-1 / need to know if its hackable

Just got it delivered by UPS , I need to know if it is hackable. Serial # wedgd001448 made in china. Any help from the experts is appreciated.

Why not just hack it? That's the easiest way to find out.

Keep version compare checked and you will have version 0.0 on successful hack.

thats an odd serial number. usually its WE9 or WE0. What version firmware does it show in camera? as above apply the hack with just version check and version compare ticked and see if it works.

Thanks for the response , the body firmware is 1.3 and the lens firmware is 1.2.
