Seems like it is a L39 mount, a quick search shows that there are adapters for L39 to E mount and it is a full frame lens so I think it will although I have no first hand knowledge of it working.
Thanks dhessel ,yes is M39 mount the problem is Rear optical element, which is very big and it is possible to touch sensor to A7S.I saw a few mounted only on Sony A7
If it works on the a7, it should work on the a7s too, AFAIK they are mechanically identical. But yes, that goes back a long way, make sure you're not scratching anything!!!
