You know how sometimes on Ebay "you eat the bear" and sometimes......well "the bear eats you"?
Well this is one of the most honest ads you will see this week, month and maybe year here !!!
The lens is JUNK. The back half where the mount is flops in the breeze. The aperture does function, kinda sorta, when you extend the lens for some zoom action. Otherwise the aperture just sits there.... but it does click real nicely when you turn the dial !!!
Lens elements are intact and don't appear to be otherwise damaged. Body looks like a lens, real heavy puppy for it's size !!! No dents that I can see, so a guy should be able to knock it apart.
I already have enough paperweights so this is just cluttering up my table. We won't bother discussing what I paid for it, you aren't going to give me that much anyways !!!
I figure someone out there needs a junk lens to practice on, before he knocks one of his good lenses apart for cleaning. This is PERFECT for that, you wouldn't even need to ever put it back together if you didn't want to !!!
Seeing how we are not mentioning what I have invested, let's just examine the "back end" of this deal, OK? Shipping is going to cost me $5.00 CONUS and Paypal gets 4% of everything I run through it. It's going to take a gallon of gas to get to the Post Office and back again. Gas right now in Green Bay is $3.75 a gallon.
So I am fielding offers for this absolutely "once upon a time" wonderful piece of glass !!!
The new owner will NOT get a Title, Condition Disclosure, Mileage Statement, Privacy Notice, Tenants Rights Declaration nor will any Extended Warranty be available for purchase!!!
