Joey Lawrence Perception

[Joey Lawrence]

This is my first post, please allow me to introduce myself...

My name is Joey Lawrence and I am a 16 year old highschool student from Canada. I have been working and selling photoshop editing DVD's of my techniques online to save for a DVX so I can start pursuing serious filmmaking. I am planning a feature film to shoot this summer.

I have been following along DVXuser for awhile now, and really glad it's here.

Here is some of my still photography work, I've been at it about a year and a half.

You can see my full portfolio at my website, http://www.joeyL.com

Wow, you have a great eye. Very cinematic stuff. Can't wait to see what you do with the dvx.

Chris

p.s. I just got back from checking out your website. Amazing footage. Hard to believe your only 16.

[Andrew Brinkhaus]

What camera are you shooting on?

[Chris Stearns]

Did somebody say "whoa?"

Nice work.

At first I thought this was a thread about the "actor," Joey Lawrence.

[mrpunch]

Great stuff!

Yes, do you have a link for your Photoshop Techniques DVD's, etc.?

[scharky]

Very nice work, Joey, such an unfortunate name though

Great name for a band...."The Joey Lawrence Perception"

[shadowdweller]

So you talk about selling your photoshop dvd of your techniques, so where do I pick it up? You have some interesting work, definately "like taking a hallucinogenic ride but without the side effects....."

[Joey Lawrence]

Hey guys

Thanks for the replies

Information about buying the disc can be found here:

What camera are you shooting on?

I don't have high end equipment, I used a Minolta Dimage 7hi for my still work, and a standard home mini dv camcorder for my video stuff.

Very nice work, Joey, such an unfortunate name though

I like my name, that other guy will be gone and all forgotten soon.
