Jittery look with my footage...

I have had my dvx for around 5 months but haven't been able to use it as much as i want. whenever i film indoors at this skatepark the footage seems 'jittery'. this footage is from when i first got my camera but i think i filmed in 30p but not sure about the shutter or if syncro scan was on. anyone else have ideas so i can improve?

Didn't think it looked too bad.
I've never shot skating, but shoot 60i also.

I'm like you I haven't shot with the DVX as much as I'd like too,
But I'm going to start using it often and learn. Now I got the DVX book
by Barry Green, I've learned new stuff, cool stuff already.

Learn by Mistakes is what I'm doing now.
