What am I doing wrong chaps?

The image itself is decent enough but the video is jerky in the extreme...and this seems to be a common occurrence on my uploads, regardless of what the footage was shot on (The above is HPX500 at 720P).

I'm exporting from FCP using Compressor @1280 by 720.

H.264 using Quick Time Components.

Framerate same as source
Pixel Aspect Ratio: Square
Resize Filter: Best (Statistical Prediction)
Deinterlace Filter Best (Motion Compensated)
Adaptive Details: OFF
Anti Alias: 0
Detail Level: 0
Field Output: Same as Source

Sorry for what must be a common question...but it's hard to find your own specific workflow amongst the million upon millions of posts about Youtube.
