What? A guy can't kick it old school every once in a while?

What's ironic is that I actually took this incredible blurry picture with my real cell phone. Still, this thing is great...

Hang on to that cell phone! I had one and tossed it out years ago... now I regret it. There's no better way to illustrate that it's the 90's in one of your future projects. If I still had mine I'd carry it around for laughs... can you imagine taking a call on one of those? At one point I even had the long life battery.

Previous to that I had one of the phones with the module under the seat... and the phone itself was corded! I actually miss that phone... or at least the perception of how cool it was at the time to actually have a phone away from home.

Have you ever looked at the communicators from the original star trek... and then the smallest flip phones of today? They predicted the future... crazy.

Matt, I have oft considered going out to Target or something and answering calls on that phone all the while having the event be secretly filmed. That would be great.

I am fairly new to DVXUser and I keep seeing all of these Penguin references. Forgive my ignorance, I am just not in the loop. The Rogan A$$ thing as well. way over my head.:Drogar-Smoke(DBG):

Thankfully I had calculated such an event would occur and have prepared ahead of time the official definition of that terminaology. Here it is:

“Pulling a Penguin” Pronunciation: [pen-gwin] –noun

1. Term originally coined by Tom Marshall [1] on the online Internet Filmmakers Forum known as DVXuser, in Liu of the actions of the member Nick Lane alias Conspiracy Penguin. The act of “pulling a Penguin” refers to bringing to light an old thread; sometimes this can lead to confusion amongst other members. The term can be augmented with a phrase to indicate how old the thread is, examples include the use of “Mega Penguin” to denote a very old thread, as well as the use of “Wee Penguin” to denote a slightly old thread and other general combinations of that nature.
