If anyone was keeping up with my questions about lighting . . . here's the product =)

This is my first video so I know there's a crap ton you can find wrong with it. Lemme have it. Here's what I learned:
I need more lights, especially for nighttime. We had just this one LED board, and really no natural light (I tried to do it near headlights, street lights, etc) so he blends in with the background. At the least, I need another light to make him stand out more. But I'd like more powerful ones to light the backgrounds as well . . .
I need to use my stabilizer. It was all handheld because I wanted to add as much movement as possible. I gotta do that with my body and feet, not shaky hands.
I need to not play with the focus so much. He requested I focus in and out . . . I think I took it too far though =S
I need more takes. I'm thinking a "rule of 3" type thing. If I do one shot (like a closeup), I need to do it thrice before getting a different one.
And I also need more angles and diversity in the shots, both for the story and singing.
But with what we had, I don't think it came out that bad, and he likes it, and this was our first of (hopefully) many videos.
