I found this site almost by accident. Not sure if any of you guys saw/posted about it. I'm abso-frikin-lutelly loving the video. WHY? well, 'cause I was actually able to SEEEEE IT  My crapy laptop [and "fast" desktop] were unable to play the h264 footage from the first few days of madness. Soooo I got to actually see it. Of course, being that this is a HIGHLY wmv compressed file it kinda defeats the whole purpose. Ohhh but it was preeeettty. I'll just try to imagine it 1000% better but on a plasma. They showed two modes; One with the "P2 1080/60i HD Gamma /Dubbing [16:9]" and the other in "DV Tape Mode /60i/SD Norm Gamma [4:3]". Oh and there's even a little background music - awwww  note the 'climatic' end.
They show nice Japanese scenery, 'fall' colored trees and city streets. No 24p though
You can -in some shots- get an idea for the DOF and maybe perhaps get a sense of other little things.
The site also has some other interesting pics. It's all in Japanese but I did a little babel translation (a funny one actually) and kinda got the idea. Same thing we've all talked about here.
Check it out.
