Jam syncing hpx500

I've shot with the hpx500 a few times, but can't exactly remember how to jam sync timecode, can anyone help me in this field?

Also, what kind of cable might I use to hook up a Marshall HD monitor to an HPX500? Would the HVX200 composite cable work?

Any help at all is appreciated. Thanks in advance you guys!

Assume your talking about using the tc from an external source? Apart from your connection, make sure the tcg switch is on F RUN and set the counter to TC.

The composite cable will work, but does your marshall have an SDI in?
