Has anybody successfully been able to jam sync 2 HVX's using the firewire cable as described in the manual.
Will they stay in sync or drift apart and how radically will they drift?
I know that if you preset 2 cameras TC's at the same moment and leave them in "free run" that you will have problems if either camera gets turned off or you switch out of camera mode.
Is time of day the most reliable?
We have had one camera look at the LCD screen of the other in order to read the Timecode for sync moments, but its not the easiest solution.
