Jag35 35mm adapter. This is the static model with the Opteka achromat upgrade, but has been modified to be a vibrating adapter compatable with a shrigg rig. The battery pack velcros to the adapter, or you can pull it off so the adapter can be clamped down and you can velcro the battery pack to your rails. It works great. It comes with a charger, and also comes with a separate battery holder so that if it runs out of power, you can use 2 AA batteries to keep it going. This way you won't get stuck in the middle of a shoot. 58mm threads with a 43mm adapter (I used it on an HFS100 without the thread adapter, and it works great!). FD lens mount.
Here is a small video with a couple of shots from the adapter:

Now for the lenses. All of them are Canon FD lenses. All but one lens comes with front and back caps, and most have a filter on them (although the filters are probably not good to shoot through, I just used them as protection, and unscrewed them before shooting). I used the "toothpick trick" so that the apertures are adjustable, and with the vibrating adapter, you can stop them down a bit without seeing the focus screen. Descriptions as follows:
50mm F1.4 - works great, comes with rubber lens hood.
135mm F2.5 - older style twist mount, this lens really looks good, and was the one I used most of the time.
135mm F3.5 - works great
28mm F2.8 - works great, although with all Jag adapters, there is some vignetting with the 28mm lenses.
28mm F2.0 - this lens doesn't have front or back caps, but comes with a leather case. The Aperture blades don't move on this one, so it is stuck on F2.0, which some people will do all the time anyway. The mount also sometimes doesn't want to unlock all of the way when taking it off, so sometimes you have to lock it back on and then take it off again. This was one of those lenses you buy off of ebay because it was a great price, and then realize why later on. Looks good, but as mentioned, not adjustable.
As for pricing, shoot me offers, or I'll sell all of it for $400 OBO.
