I've seen some dumb scams before, but this one's the best...

I was browsing around on eBay, and ran across this listing:

This guy is selling an 8gb P2 card for $367, Buy-It-Now. In case the price doesn't tip you off, how about the fact that is registered in France, even though the item location is listed in China, and the title claims he is a UK seller?

Also of note is the fact that all ten of his feedback have occured last week, and each item he purchased was $5.00 or less... seems to me he was just buying low dollar items so he could get the 10 feedback he needs to list with Buy-It-Now.

No where in the description does he say what types of payments he accepts. Who wants to bet he'll only accept Western Union.

I'm considering reporting this to eBay, but it seems pointless, since I can't prove he's doing anything wrong... *sigh*.... let's hope no poor sap actually pays this guy...
 
Funny thing is, he's got 10 feedback points and he's at 100%, but if you look at the items he's purchased to make the 10 positives, everything sold for a penny...
 
I wonder if this card has the "Flux capacitor upgrade"? ... well we should find out soon, I just asked him. :evil:

If they do have them, let me know. I've been looking for a P2 card with a flux capacitor since the HVX came out. Even though I don't have an HVX... I want the ****ing card with a flux capacitor damnit.

Wow...ebay responds faster than I would have thought... I decided to go ahead and report this to eBay last night, and the auction is already gone...
