I've been using the dvx100a for 4 years and just now having this whitebalance problem

Alright yesterday I was shooting a scene inside of a house (tungsten-like lighting) near the front door peering out (bright sunny day). Well things were going fine for awhile then all of a sudden my whitebalance changes color while I was filming.....DRASTICALLY. My exposure was set to manuel and the whitebalance preset was set to B, there's no auto selected at all. What the hell was my camera doing? The whitebalance kept changing from a warm color to cool, constantly......when I went outside to film, it went back to being fine, but everytime I went back inside the house my whitebalance would fluctuate. What's happening here?

I'll bet one of the capacitors on an internal circuit board has leaked.

Depending on the age and model of your camera you'll either have to replace the entire board or do some longer term component repairs.
