This incident makes me question how many body parts, hairs, fluids (not the good kind) are served in restaurants on a daily basis
Pray tell, what are the good fluids?

I don't know for sure what Wendy's this was at, but I went by the one I think it is yesterday and it was totally dead except for probably 4 people, poor saps must not read/ watch the news.

Terry, that tiny url site is awesome!

id actually guess that the digit is all thats left of someone who was "disposed of" and the digit somehow managed to make it through unscrambled. its likely a pointer finger. pointing they way to the murder case, and eventually pointing itself at those responsible.

..yes.. its all becoming clearer now.

There's definitely a script in there.

TC--go to that Wendy's and keep ordering chili until you get a bowl with a woman missing a finger--we'll crack this case yet.

Ahh crap, I forgot to tell you guys about that. They ran it in the local paper, telling everyone that there's nothing wrong with that Wendys.

New Headline---WOMAN FINDS FINGER (inserted in her during full cavity search before incarceration for fraud).

No, this lady really did fake it. There's a huge investigation trying to find the origin of the finger. They've been giving daily updates on out local news.

she must really hate wendys. I never knew it was illegal to lie about such a thing. Or are they just investigating this because she had access to a severed finger?

They're investigating it because it's a massive fraud, basically the equivalent of financial terrorism. Her alleged lies have cost Wendy's millions of dollars, untold bad publicity, reduced worker hours, layoffs, etc. If the police are correct, this is a seriously destructive crime.

Oh hell yes this is a destructive crime.
It's kind of like... those innocent people put sent to prison for murder back in the 70's & 80's. Only to be released in the late 90s finally due to the advancement of medicine and DNA linking etc... proving they were not the ones who committed the murder.

Except those people were sitting there rotting for years. You can't really "take it back".
Luckily the police caught this in less than 8 weeks.

Can you imagine how many people started eating a Carl's Jr. Chili burger vs. Wendy's Chili the last few weeks?

I'm still disguisted she actually carried that thing around with her, and put it in the hamburger, then bit into it!
