It's Dark in Here - The Beginnings of a Short Film

Very expiremental. I really like some of the static shots in this. What were the restrictions in the film competition?

I wasn't a fan of the music (maybe something more tonal than screeching... like a single low note playing).

Obviously the story was a bit surreal.... but did the guy lose his son in the war and he reflects on that relationship or was the war shot supposed to be more of an internal strife? Damn me for making doodles of the hot girl in my Modern Lit class in college.

Actually he lost his brother. There were no restrictions actually. Just really wanted to push myself to the limit and see how far I could go. I was tired of all the pretty pictures, text book lighting and mood music usually associated with EX1 and Letus.

The music is from Sonicfire Richard Band Vol 2 Horror, Demonic I think.

Thanks for taking a look.

Jim
