Issues with the XLR K2m. Any tips?

Has anyone out there run into any issues with the XLR K2M? I always hear this static when the k2m is on and attached.
I just tested the same mic and wireless setup on a zoom H4n and the issue wasn’t there. It’s definitely something to do with the camera or the k2m. Any ideas? Thank you for your help. Hopefully I won’t have to use the h4n on a job tomorrow.
 
The K1M and K2M both have issues that Sony denies. I sent two K1Ms back and still have the same issues. It's something in the hot shoe connection.
 
Thanks again for your tip. Sony is doing a buy back of my K2m because they don't even have the replacement part in stock. It sounds like they aren't even manufacturing any more of these adapters at the moment.

I guess I am just going to try my luck and purchase another k2m from B&H? Do you know of any other good audio solutions?
