Issues using the Sony f20m Flash with the Sony rx-10

Hello,

I got the Sony f20m flash for the Sony rx-10.

Easy to setup and use and but when I take pictures, any shot with the flash are very dark. It seems like the flash timing is off.

Is there anything I need to configure in the menu for the flash to work correctly?

Any tips would be appreciated.

I had exactly the same problem on my RX10II
I thought that the flash was too weak. You propose a different explanation
Anyway I bought a Nissin 700A, which I immediately hated (for the idiotic interface) and have not tried it yet
You made me curious. It looks like I made two mistakes in one shot
