Hey fellow DVX'ers,
I'm a senior studying film in his final semester. I am looking for a producer to help bring my work together. Working with a tight budget and even tighter schedule , I am looking to go into production for a 10 minute short by the last weekend of February. I am currently finishing up my script for the short and need help securing locations, crew, and insurance, while I can concentrate on polishing my script and finding the right actors. I am not looking for someone to do my work for me, I just need a helping hand in the process. Due to the piece being a short, there isn't any monetary gain, so I am unable to pay you.
What I can promise is that I am a realistic, level-headed director. The short that I am focusing on is also being worked into a feature length script in which I hope to use the short to help finance in later stages.
The funding for the short will be on me, it would be wrong to ask for you to fund this. However, if you have ideas for fundraising trust me I am all ears.
Thanks for your time, Looking forward to working with you.
Any help would be great!
Either PM me here, or you'll probably reach me faster emailing fdokfilms@gmail.com thanks.
