iso only goes as low as 200

I'm just about to go do some shooting, and did a quick check to make sure batteries charged, settings right, etc on my 5d. When I try to take my iso down though, it only goes as low as 200, then straight to A. Somehow I lost a few levels. Anyone know if I inadvertently changed a setting I shouldn't have messed with that won't let me access the lower iso's? I think two of them are missing.

the manual is a beautiful thing. if highlight tone priority is enabled, iso only goes down to 200.
