Hey guys, I'm selling my Isco 2x MC Anamorphot for $650. There is either slight separation, or chipping inside the lens, but it doesn't show up when you look through the lens. The inside threads on the back of the lens are bent, but if you use the included lens adapter that won't be a problem.

This isn't THE ISCO, it's a 16mm Gottingen.

Let me know if you want more pics.

The shipping is free

I will take offers

Includes the lens adapter, which is about $80-85 brand new

PM/email me if you are interested in purchasing it. Once I find a buyer, I will list it on eBay as a "Buy it Now", so that we both stay safe.

Do you have any video of still photo samples taken with this lens I could see? I', really interested in it but would love to see samples first.
Thanks
Paul

Thanks

I should be getting my Canon 5D in next week, so I'll be able to get you some samples shot in HD video. Also, I think the camera I did the above tests with shoots in full frame, so there is vignetting from the 50mm lens.

Not exactly sure, it seems to vary depending on the light. I don't see it in the viewfinder, only after taking the pic.

If you're shooting on a 7D or T2i it won't be an issue. Also, if you're shooting full frame the vignette will go away if the lens is over 50mm.

I got some footage up!

I don't suggest using a 50mm lens if you're on a full frame camera. The vignette was quite obvious on my 5D. I did crop the video, in order to get rid of most of the vignette.

EDIT: It says the video doesn't exist when I try to embed it, here is the direct link. http://vimeo.com/14881482

Edit I might be interested - how much are you cropping/squeezing to avoid vignetting on the 5d with your 50mm?

Could you throw up a grab of an uncropped/squeezed frame?

Someone posted on another thread on what lens would be good to pare with this if you have a full frame camera.

70mm and above on the taking lens and try or buy some cheap vintage spherical lens..
70mm -135mm lens range is sweet..the excellent helios 44 @ 58mm when pointed in the sun with your lens will have internal barrel of the isco showing in the footage as well..
vintage stuff should help get nicer flares as well.
