I'm sorry to announce, IsaraPIX is gone. Every file has been "mistakenly deleted" by our webhost and there are no back-ups.
I just spent the last three hours talking to our webhost. Turns out their "system" made a huge mistake and deleted everything for numerous accounts. And they don't have back-ups of sites that are over 3gb.
I apologize to every DVXuser who used IsaraPIX for their image hosting. I wish there was some way to get the stuff back but there isn't. They had every technician try and it's impossible.
Unfortunately the webhost is doing what big businesses do best. No accountability. They want the victim to jump through all the hoops. I made it clear that THEY are the ones who should be contacting the customer and telling the customer what THEY are going to do to make things right. But they wanted ME to contact their Helpdesk and Billing department to get a refund!
Unbelievable.
Once again, I apologize to all of you who trusted IsaraPIX with your photos and signatures.

I know. But tell that to the guys over at GTAForums. Almost all of their sigs, screen captures, and avatars were hosted on IsaraPIX. Yikes!

GTAForums and DVXuser were our biggest supporters for IsaraPIX. More than 100k images were hosted on the site, the last time I checked.

I probably uploaded half of those...
So, any plans to continue? Should I go back to ImageShack?
