is this worth repairing?

i dropped my camera awhile ago and the focus wheel snapped off. i sent it in for repairs and a few months later, it started doing this weird thing with blue lines. it started out mostly in low light situations but now it does it just about all the time. is this worth fixing?

Yes the camera is still worth repairing. I say send it back to the repair shop and have them fix it...

It depends on the cost, Take a look on ebay and see what used dvx100's are selling for, then get an estimate, if the repair is more than a used one, You may better off buying used with low hrs.

if you are getting horizontal blue bars on the recording it means heads are clogged. Most likely your camera needs a good cleaning and realignment.
