Is this tripod suitible for the HPX300

After my demo, I decided to buy the Libec RS-450M. First non-Vinten set of sticks I've purchased in years. For the price I really like them. Here's the details for all the folks worried about using in the cold:

Recently bought a Sachtler DV15 SB system (with quick lock legs, probably a bit on the light side for a HPX300 if you have a lot of of ass. which I don't have yet). Only used it in one project until now and it worked great.
