i'm about to buy an hpx170 as soon as i collect some money next week, the lowest i'm seeing the hpx is for $5100 roughly. is this the lowest i can expect from authorized dealers? does anybody have any suggestions on where i should buy from?

Hello Mickey,

Check out our price. Add the camera to your cart for the final price. Please note that we include free UPS ground shipping, and an additional long-life battery for this price. We will also give you an additional 2% off the total if you pay with a bank check. The AG-HPX170 cameras are in stock and ready to go.
