I'd ask the seller a few relevant technical questions about the camera, its workflow etc. -- if the guy can't answer them, it's probably not his camera.

I talked to the guy and he said it's already sold. At a price point like that I'm not surprised but yeah it looks stolen. On top of that Pittsburgh is a very rough neighborhood. I'm not a judge or jury but I'd still bet it was stolen. If anyone's missing one from the SF Bay Area this would be the place to check first.
