Is this something I should be concerned about???

My DVX works fine but when I tilt the camera, it makes a noise as if something is in there. It sounds like something is going up and down close to the lens. Like there is a little ball in there. I also noticed that when I turn off the camera it makes a small noise also. HELP!!!!! Is this something I should be concerned about???
