it seems a little too 80's videoish....like the intro to a snowboard or skater vid...or infomercial.

the text is cool, but i think its too big. i like the font you have on your website better. the splattery one...

anyway, its a good start though. i realy like where its headed....i would also try to make a smaller version thats more compact. kinda like the ICON logo, or the end of the bruckheimer logo...after the crop.

i just whiped this up, cause i do like where your headed with it...just an idea...take what you want or nothing at all, just putting something else out there for you...

sorry if I didn't read all the previous posts carefully enough or am repeating or if you've already changed..

I do like the background look and feel. I liked the idea of someone said about time lapse a desert sun..or rapidly moving clouds with that desert sun color scheme. I like what Rich did, also.

though, not crazy about the font look.  You can probably develop something a little more slick-egdy modern-clean, smaller looking. If you want to be big, let the letters expand or grow. but maybe you are going for a more rugged look? try to keep on one line..in my mind I am reading....out........land.....pictures.

keep working at it simpler though, is always better.

simple, you just let rich do it.  :)

edit: it kind of reminds me of a safari hunter look. It looks good. I still my that lizard crawling over it. Tell rich to animated that too.

I'm rendering another rough draft with some newer music and Rich's Main Concept; except I made the Sun smaller.

I tried laying the title out horizontal and it wasnt flying for me; logos should always be able to fit on a hat or pocket T (something I learned).

But the font is kind of bugging a little. I'm gonna look arounf for maybe a less is more font.

Just an update!

(With Rich's design it is freakin rockin)

I'm doing it now (45%).

Total rough draft. Everyone wants moving clouds and elements as do I but alas I am not the masta blasta.
