Is this normal with my Rode Videomic Pro?

I'm not sure if this is normal or that I have a faulty model but whenever I move the microphone while it's mounted on top of my camera it makes a clicking sound inside, like something inside is loose. The video link below shows what I mean (turn up the volume to maximum). I've kept the actual microphone from touching the suspension system.

lol it's normal. It's the microphone hitting the suspension system.

I held the actual microphone still so that it won't touch the suspension system, hence why I shook it the second time.

That is not normal. Contact RØDE. They're great about replacing/repairing under their warranty.
