I've searched the forum for an answer to this question, but couldn't find a definitive answer. Can someone please confirm this for me. Is a Type I/ II PC card slot the same as a PCMCIA card slot? I found this laptop at Best Buy

and was thinking of buying it to offload P2 cards. It looks like all the other specs on the laptop would qualify it for the P2 viewer (would appreciate any comments on this too if you think otherwise). I'm just not sure about the card slot.
With Santa's help, I now have money for a complete HVX set up and 35 mm lens adapter with Nikon prime lenses. Thanks Santa.
