FS7: Is there stand alone lens distortion software for video?

Is there (stand-alone) software to correct lens distortion for video? I want to correct 4K footage from the Sony 18-105 lens. I know it can be done with Davinci and Vegas, but I am looking for a cheap solution to do this on a laptop.

I found defishr, but think that is for gopro.

Because the camera/adapter/aperture would also play a large part in distortions/vignetting/CA you'd probably be better off custom making profiles in after effects and saving them as presets.

And then selling them and becoming super rich :)
 
The problem is I do not use after effects. I downloaded defishr but this seems a bit difficult to work with.
