I know this isn't where I should post this, but I couldn't figure out where to post it, so here it goes.....
My name is Justin Warren, I live in Granite City, IL, and I am getting ready to shoot my first full-length film. I am starting to realize that I can't make this film on my own. It is really hard to find friends that share the same passion for filmmaking in my uninspired town. I have the script written, the actors are almost in place, locations are secured, and I am ready to start filming. I am planning on shooting 100% digital with my DVX 100, and I am going to edit with Final Cut Pro 4. I have a post audio guy to master, do sound effects, and voice overs using Pro Tools. I also have all the audio equipment we will need. The places I am suffering are lighting, boom operation, and another DVX would be a plus. In the true indy fashion no monetary refielf would be available. But to add some hope, I have made a very valuable connection inside the Sundance Film Festival. I don't know if that brings any hope to anyone, but I do plan to submit the film. Hopefully there is someone out there that wants to be a part of my project please respond to this post or contact me by email at somewestfilms@hotmail.com.
Thank you,
Justin Warren
