Is there a way to get Resolve to render out 4k 60fps at a 24 base?

I've been trying to figure this out for days. I can't seam to get resolve to render out prores 4k 60fps at a 24 base so it's slow. The only way I have been able to get this to work is if I render all the clips into one giant sequence and obviously, that's a horrible workflow. Anyone know if this is possible on a clip by clip basis?
 
Also, set the project timeline frame rate to 24fps before you have dragged anything into the media pool (it's fixed as soon as you do). Obviously you need to click no when you do drag them in and it asks if you want to change the project settings.

By the way, if it's not clear in Gene's answer - you can highlight multiple clips at once before you right click to change the attributes of all of them
