Is there a way to convert MXF to MOV in broadcast quality?

I have ressurected a broken P2 Card and the names are all garbled, however I have managed to restore the files, 520 some MXF files, 43 clips, I have also managed to localize the MXF files that are actually video, the rest I do not need.

The file of interest is f17563776.mxf, but I have 42 more clips, and I would like to find a simple way of converting video MXF files to MOV or prores422 files

If you can't find a way to do it yourself, I can do it for you. I use Edius and it will open MXF files without all of the P2 metadata so I could save the files in question as uncompressed MOV (encoding to ProRES isn't support by the Windows version of QuickTime).

Uncompressed MOV files is most likely what I will need, I will try ffmbc later this week, but I am looking for best practice.
Thank you for your offer.

Not to hijack the threat, but I am inteterested in the same process.
I send large files either on an external HDD by courier or ftp, if they aren't too huge.
What is ffmbc?
