Is there a scene file / settings matrix for the HVX200?

Does anyone know if there's a scene file or setting matrix for the HVX200 (or any other Panasonic DV cam)?

I was going to make one up this week as I'm testing out a whole bunch of settings in various locations (outside, inside, daylight, nighttime etc.)

From the research I've done in the past (not DV related but software testing related), we developed matrix patterns and grids to test out various situations or scenarios. I don't know if anyone has ever gone to the trouble of this because of the complexities you would have to incorporate (frame rates, f-stop, shutter speeds etc.) but maybe a simple matrix exists or something.

Basically, it would be taking a scene file and adding or sub-tracking different variables to/from it. After that, you would just chart it in something like Excel or Word, print it out, test the settings in different scenes and then view it later on and details your findings and observations.

Am I way out of touch with this too? Am I getting way too technical with this or is this just a lame idea?

Any suggestions, good or bad, is totally fine too :)

TIA,
Dale

P.S. I'm a research person, so things like this fascinate me, even when it comes to learning something that's new to me like the HVX200
