GH2 Is there a fix for the noise at high ISOs?

Or is it normal because the sensor can only do that much?

The noise I'm referring to can be seen from this comparison video.

Yes, light your scene better........

GH2 smaller sensor is not as light sensitive as a MarkIII or Fs100. Those are the strengths of those cameras......

On a flip side try shooting an Extreme wide shot or any wide shot with a Mark III compared to a GH2 in descent lighting and watch the GH2 look A LOT better than anything the Mark III could do.

Finally the GH2 is a $499 camera, the Mark III is at least $2K more as well as the FS100 being $2500 more.... The GH2 is an excellent tool and with the saved money invest in lighting and lenses which will provide a better image than anyone shooting with no light on a Mark III.

Awesome! I'm sure I'll be getting it this Christmas! I told my wife to just buy me the body for now. I have a 58mm Rokkor lens. I'll buy an adapter soon. Can't wait! I hope my 58mm lens won't fail me.

I also should plug Magic Bullet Denoiser II. Has some intelligent detection going on and it does a fabulous job.

Try Neat Video. It blows Denoiser out of the water. I've used both, and my jaw was on the floor the first time I used Neat Video.
