Is there a DSLR Rig that has a cage, rods, hand grips, shoulder mount or chest support, and is able to accommodate a follow focus and matte box?

You can than add the shoulder mount with handgrips after, comes with follow focus and matte box. If you don't need the mattbox it would be about $1,000 less.

Everything you described can be built with redrock micro parts.

If you don't mind me asking, what are you shooting that requires all of that?
