Ok, I'm in -- 1000 fans, er ... True Fans.

It's good to quantify things sometimes ... quantitative analysis

as opposed to qualitative analysis.

I can actually make the 1000 TF work for me, because I have literally thousands of friends. I just never thought of monetizing my friendships.LOL

Also, I suppose that I've actually been using this formula without knowing it. I'm by nature a very generous person, and over the decades I've made many friends all over the world (I've lived in many countries).

So without the stretch of the imagination I can quite easily contact 1000 friends and ask them to subsidize me.

I never thought of it....
 
But beyond the survival of the artist, the 1000 True Fan formula offers the true filmmaker the opportunity to make true films that entertain true fans of true cinema.LOL
 
I'm definitely going to modify this formula for my own use; however, there are some things to watch out for.

"True fans" implies that the fans are not investors or have a say so in the subject matter of the movie. It gets complicated if fans are friends, so they should not be friends but, well, true fans.

1000 true fans ... that is success :-)
 
So how do I find 1000 true fans?
